In WhatsApp, open the chat you want to analyze, tap the three dots menu (or the contact name on iOS), select "More", then "Export Chat". Choose "Without Media" and share the text file with Xray.
No. Your chat text is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete. We take your privacy seriously.
Each analysis or next-step advice uses one credit. You can purchase credits directly in the app through the store. Credits do not expire.
Credits are linked to your account. Simply sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used when purchasing and your credits will be restored automatically.
